In this vital role, you will report to the VP and function as the key strategic partner to help execute business priorities. The Program Manager will be instrumental in coordinating initiatives, tracking progress against goals, and ensuring impactful communications across departments. You must be adept at relationship management and possess a keen understanding of operational insights to improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive coordination of strategic programs across shared services teams
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
• Develop internal communication strategies for clarity and engagement
• Lead initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Assist in governance and prioritization support for leadership
Requirements:
• Bilingual proficiency (French, English) for Quebec locations
• Strong project management experience necessary
• Excellent ability to influence and communicate effectively
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Capacity to work in rapidly changing conditions
