In this permanent full-time role, you will drive growth initiatives in partnership with sales leadership and oversee thorough financial governance. Your responsibility will include establishing portfolio frameworks, guiding organizational scaling, and leading strategic planning. You're expected to ensure delivery assurance while managing risks and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish portfolio governance frameworks and operating rhythms

• Oversee financial governance and margin management

• Drive growth initiatives and account strategy formulation

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams with performance standards

• Implement policies for development and operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a middle manager

• Leadership capabilities in portfolio management and digital transformation

• Familiarity with AI, cloud platforms, and data platforms preferred

• Strong skills in executive stakeholder management

• A degree in business administration is an asset
