Lead managed services as a Pension Outsourcing Director with WTW.
This role offers significant responsibility in plan administration, client management, and team mentorship, in a hybrid work environment.
As a Pension Outsourcing Director, you will coordinate defined benefit plans and oversee a team to ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. You will resolve complex client issues while enhancing retirement plan design expertise, all while preparing benefit calculations and working closely with top industry talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coach team to meet project goals
• Serve as primary client contact for service delivery
• Resolve complex client escalations and inquiries
• Review deliverables from team and ensure compliance
• Develop less experienced Benefits Analysts through mentorship
Requirements:
• Minimum 13 years in defined benefit plan administration
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in quantitative field
• Expertise in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills in English and French (Quebec)
