Yachad, part of The Orthodox Union, is seeking a Program Director to join its leadership team in Toronto. The selected candidate will help implement social and life skills programs that support disabled individuals and their families. A focus on community growth, strong communication skills, and understanding the local Jewish culture are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and oversee multiple weekly programs and events
• Support onboarding and training for program staff
• Manage registration and accounts in Yachad’s database
• Create newsletters for families and donors
• Collaborate with organizations for special programs
Requirements:
• 3+ years in organizational management
• Knowledge of Jewish values and community
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and reliability
• Ability to multitask under pressure
