Position: High Risk Client Management Senior Role
Take on a leadership position as Senior Manager, High Risk Client Management us on risk assessments and enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients in a collaborative environment.

As part of the HRCM team, you will provide strategic direction while managing day-to-day risk decision-making processes for high-risk clientele.

Your role involves overseeing a team of 5-10, ensuring all procedures align with regulatory standards, and fostering an environment of excellence through effective coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EDD risk assessment workflow processes

• Collaborate with AML Compliance and analytics teams

• Ensure timely case management and accurate file oversight

• Cultivate a high-performance culture for team members

• Assist in the review of HRC policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 5+ years in financial crime or high-risk investigations

• Strong understanding of AML and banking regulations

• Familiarity with compliance landscape for Canada and the US

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Post-secondary education or CAMS designation preferred
