Your role will focus on providing unparalleled service to our institutional clients.
This position involves being the primary service contact for institutional clients while managing a variety of client needs and onboarding processes. You will collaborate extensively with senior managers and investment specialists, ensuring full support for key accounts and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary service contact for assigned clients
• Manage onboarding, including contract negotiations
• Communicate significant regulatory and business changes
• Attend client meetings for ongoing relationship building

Requirements:
• Background in institutional client service within asset management
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Comprehensive knowledge of investment products, including alternatives and real estate
