Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a coherent strategy for the Canadian Power Market
• Lead in generating key sector insights and data
• Direct coaching for the sector team to meet growth objectives
• Manage interactions with high-value client accounts
• Align initiatives with Arcadis’ global business strategy
Requirements:
• 15+ years in consulting within the power industry
• Proven success in developing client relationships
• Professional designation (P.Eng, P.Geo) required
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Experience in mentoring teams for high performance
