Studio Manager – Transit Architecture

Responsibilities

• Manage the Studio with accountability for client solutions resource utilization, project delivery, quality, and profitability.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings.
• Manage Studio budget and track performance of project teams against approved business plan.
• Develops annual revenue targets, capacity budgets, and business plans.
• Drive (local) office marketing activities.
• Create and maintain strong relationships and successful teams.
• Develop and coach Studio members to achieve high performance, growth, and personal development.
• Mentor and coach team members and future leaders.

• Bachelor's degree or post-graduate qualification and/or fellowship in an appropriate professional institution.
• Professional Interior Designer, Registered Architect, or equivalent preferred.
• Deep expertise in a key service line and sector.
• Substantial experience (18 years or more) in a discipline, including 10+ years' experience in Engineering/Infrastructure consultancy.
• Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions.
• Experience managing business relationships at executive level.
• Experience managing teams across geographies.
