Communications Director at Ontario Cannabis Store

This full-time Director role will report directly to the VP, Corporate Affairs and involve steering OCS's brand and communication strategies. You will guide the Senior Leadership Team on reputational matters and oversee the Social Responsibility function. Your insights will enhance public trust and stakeholder confidence while ensuring alignment with public health objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all communications and brand strategies for OCS

• Advise the Executive Team on strategic stakeholder engagement

• Act as the spokesperson and manage crisis communications

• Oversee internal and external communications for brand governance

• Drive Social Responsibility initiatives and partnerships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field

• 7+ years in a Communications leadership role

• Strong strategic communications and advisory skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Preferred experience in government or public sector
