The Vice President of Clinical and Service Excellence will oversee key clinical programs and operational teams at Youthdale, a dedicated non-profit organization. With a focus on trauma-informed care, you will champion quality improvement initiatives, compliance with legislation, and system transformations in the mental health sector. Your leadership will engage multidisciplinary teams to enhance service quality and accessibility while maintaining organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership for clinical program delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic priorities

• Ensure compliance with legislation and quality standards

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of Ontario legislation and standards

• Proven ability in building partnerships and influencing change
