The Vice President of Clinical and Service Excellence will oversee key clinical programs and operational teams at Youthdale, a dedicated non-profit organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive leadership for clinical program delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic priorities
• Ensure compliance with legislation and quality standards
• Lead implementation of performance measurement frameworks
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience
• Experience in child and youth mental health services
• Strong knowledge of Ontario legislation and standards
• Proven ability in building partnerships and influencing change
