In this key leadership position, you will oversee the operations of multiple clubs, ensuring the standard of excellence in cleanliness and service.

Your role encompasses training and developing Region Managers while strategically addressing operational needs. You'll be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and maintaining high engagement levels among associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regional and club operations to achieve financial goals

• Perform club visits for operational oversight and improvement

• Conduct training sessions for direct reports and their teams

• Manage club processes to align with company standards

• Develop action plans to enhance service quality and compliance

Requirements:

• University Degree or relevant diploma required

• Minimum of 3 years in management roles

• Experience as a Region Manager or equivalent

• Established skills in team leadership and motivation

• Proficiency in customer service and communication
