Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1.5 years as Team Lead in the business
- No non‑compliant instance or warning emails/callouts in the last 1 year
- Preferred: 100% attainment in at least 2 quarters
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet corporate objectives and productivity targets.
- Deliver growth, engagement, and client satisfaction in inbound operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to achieve a high-performing team.
- Train and onboard new team members, fostering a positive and growth‑oriented work environment.
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance against targets, and analyze data to identify improvement areas.
- Communicate targets, strategies, and results to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and present to client stakeholders.
- Attend all “Train the Trainer” sessions delivered by Google and support rollout through sales teams.
- Use Google dashboards to track, optimize, and represent performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain compliance and team understanding of standards.
- Develop and execute weekly and quarterly business plans, including recovery plans when necessary.
- Present dynamic and accountable business reviews weekly.
- BA/BS degree, preferably MBA or equivalent practical experience.
- 3‑4 years of sales experience in technology and/or internet sectors.
- 2+ years of experience leading a sales team with effective coaching, mentoring, and development.
- Track record of growing a market and developing client relationships.
- Proven ability to open, develop, and close deals, building and running a pipeline directly and through others.
- Analytical proficiency—derive insights from performance data/dashboard and conduct analysis via Excel or Google Sheets.
- Steady performance in Quality Assurance, either as a reviewer or through personal experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud and related products, understanding synergy between offerings.
- Business leadership—strategic and commercial acumen, ability to deliver dynamic, balanced strategies.
- People leadership—strong interpersonal skills, talent attraction and development, effective in a matrix environment, drives influence and collaboration.
- Experience in leading call‑center sales teams is a plus.
