Intact Claims National Supply Chain team is scaling how we use data to improve performance across our Property and Automotive Supply Chain Networks and we're hiring a Manager, Supply Chain Analytics to lead that evolution. This is a chance to lead a strong team of analysts, shape how we define success (KPIs, standards, governance), and deliver insights that influence decisions.
What you’ll doLead the Canadian analytics team (4 analysts) supporting the Claims National Supply Chain, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable insight to drive decision making.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing analytics team: set standards for analysis quality, visualization, documentation, and stakeholder service
- Own supply chain analytics & reporting: oversee national reporting needs and ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity
- Drive cross‑functional alignment: partner with Operations, Vendors and Finance to align priorities and deliverables; reduce silos and improve ways of working
- Translate complex data into recommendations: deliver insight‑driven guidance to leadership; define and standardize KPIs and support performance measurement
- Continuous improvement mindset: iterate on tools, data pipelines, dashboards, and processes to increase adoption and impact
- Executive‑ready storytelling: present insights that support strategic decisions and influence senior stakeholders
- Visibility and impact: your work will shape decisions across the Supply Chain network
- Drive change: improve operations, performance measurement, and stakeholder outcomes (not just monthly reporting)
- Leadership + innovation: manage a talented team and modernize how analytics is delivered and governed
- Post‑secondary education in a data‑related field (Business, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Professional designation such as CPA, CFA, FCAS is an asset
- Minimum 5 years in analytical roles delivering business‑focused insights
- Advanced proficiency in SAS, SQL, VBA, Excel, Power BI – required
- Hands‑on BI expertise (Power BI required; or similar), plus strong understanding of data governance, quality, and privacy/compliance
- People leadership experience (coaching, performance management, career development support for a high‑performing team)
- Strong stakeholder influence skills and executive communication / data storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a structured, pragmatic approach
- Insurance or financial services experience is an asset
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required
