In this important managerial role, you will develop and execute training tailored to Canada's Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) needs. Your expertise in AML, compliance, and risk management will enable you to lead multiple training projects while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and lead FCRM training execution
• Oversee project management of training content development
• Collaborate with GAML partners to validate training content
• Evaluate training programs for effectiveness and compliance
• Manage training data, reporting, and audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong AML and financial crime knowledge
• Excellent analytical and writing skills for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Project management and interpersonal skills
