Director of Operations

Position: Director of Operations for Neshama Hospice
Lead the establishment of exceptional operational standards at Neshama Hospice as the Director of Operations. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in finance and HR to set a groundbreaking hospice's foundation.

As a key member of the founding team, you will develop operational structures that align with Jewish values, offering support to residents and families. This role demands strong leadership across multiple functions, including finance, human resources, IT, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting

• Supervise HR operations and compliance efforts

• Direct facilities management and IT operations

• Oversee procurement and risk strategies

• Participate in leadership alongside executive peers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in senior roles in healthcare or not-for-profit

• Strong educational background in Business or Health Administration

• Extensive experience in financial auditing and reporting

• Ability to engage with Boards and regulatory bodies

• Knowledge of operational systems implementation
