As the Leader, Operational Resilience & Critical Services Oversight, you are responsible for ensuring business continuity and managing crises effectively. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, collaborating with diverse teams to uphold Interac’s operational integrity in a regulated landscape. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing risk and maintaining service continuity during potential disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Operational Resilience Framework implementation

• Manage business continuity plans and recovery objectives

• Guide incident and crisis management strategy

• Lead resilience testing and scenario planning initiatives

• Prepare governance and issue management reports

Requirements:

• 15+ years in Operational Resilience or Risk Management

• Experience in highly regulated service environments

• Demonstrable leadership experience with high-performing teams

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Relevant education or certifications are advantageous
