• Maintain high operational excellence across multiple locations

• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and team development

• Engage in community outreach and grassroots marketing

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years in multi-unit retail leadership

• Demonstrable success in managing financial performance

• P&L management and operational expertise

• Solid analytical and communication abilities

• Regular travel availability between stores
