In the role of Child, Youth, and Family Programs Supervisor, you will influence program strategies and ensure the delivery of enriching experiences that connect participants with the community. Collaborating with the Aquatics and CYF Programs Director, you will oversee robust training and support for staff and volunteers, with a focus on quality and safety in every activity offered. Your initiative will strengthen partnerships and enhance the YMCA's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage financial accountability for program budgets
• Lead effective delivery of Winter and March Break Camps
• Implement and evaluate diverse sports and leadership programs
• Recruit, train, and recognize staff to build a strong team
• Ensure compliance and quality through regular program audits
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Recreation Leadership preferred
• Experience in Child and Youth programs (minimum 2 years)
• Supervisory experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
• Certification in First Aid and CPR Level C required
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
