In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee daily operations at MEC, focusing on inventory management, loss prevention, and team development. You’ll collaborate closely with the General Manager and Senior Staff Team to enhance operational performance and support a culture of care and clarity. Your expertise will ensure that MEC's operational standards align with exceptional member experiences and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory, stockroom, and back-of-house processes

• Ensure adherence to operational standards and workflows

• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions

• Lead loss prevention practices and compliance audits

• Act as a key escalation point for operational issues

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail

• Strong operational acumen and KPI interpretation

• Experience with inventory management systems

• Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
