Director of Global Business Resiliency

As Director, Global Business Resiliency, you will drive the development and execution of business continuity plans across Apotex's global operations. Collaborating with senior leaders, you will oversee necessary crisis management protocols while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business resiliency program with strategic vision

• Implement emergency response and incident management plans

• Draft and maintain business resiliency policies and SOPs

• Partner with IT for disaster recovery alignment

• Coordinate training and awareness programs for compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 10+ years in business resiliency leadership

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional leadership

• Familiar with global standards like ISO 22301
