Drive excellence in addiction care as the Manager at Renascent's Madison Treatment Centre. Lead dedicated teams in delivering transformative support to clients dealing with complex addiction challenges.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Madison Treatment Centre’s operations, which focus on providing intensive live-in addiction services for men. Your leadership will ensure adherence to Renascent’s values of person-centered care while promoting continuous quality improvement. Collaborating with staff, you'll maintain program delivery standards and manage operational activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct compassionate, person-centered care for clients
• Mentor Addiction Counsellors and clinical staff effectively
• Conduct individual clinical supervision for counseling teams
• Promote inclusive team environments and conflict resolution
• Supervise program metrics for research and improvement
Requirements:
• Registration with a relevant mental health college/association
• Degree in a related field;
Master’s level preferred
• 8+ years of direct addiction care experience
• Proven clinical management in treatment settings
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
