In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution of multiple complex projects for our Bio Pharma Client. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects run efficiently from conception through to completion. Your strong communication skills will be vital in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams in a high-paced project environment
• Oversee digital project management from initiation to maintenance
• Ensure timely project delivery and monitor progress
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support project documentation creation and updates
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in project management for pharma digital projects
• Familiarity with digital project delivery processes and best practices
• Knowledge of task management tools like MS Project or Asana
• Ability to motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
• Excellent negotiation and communication prowess
