• Serve as executive sponsor on high-risk enterprise projects

• Develop scalable implementation methodologies and processes

• Mentor Senior Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects

• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams

• Implement rigorous quality assurance and project health checks

Requirements:

• 10+ years in enterprise implementation roles

• 4+ years in senior leadership positions

• Experience with complex, multi-ERP integrations

• Proven ability to mentor and develop teams

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
