Our client is seeking an Executive Director to spearhead the launch of a new 65-suite dementia care community. This position involves overseeing all operations, ensuring quality care, and fostering a positive culture within a highly regarded organization. You will recruit a dedicated team and engage effectively with families and healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as on-site Executive Director with operations accountability

• Lead the launch of the dementia care community

• Recruit and develop a high-performing team across functions

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in Ontario

• Drive lease-up strategies and community engagement

Requirements:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in seniors’ care

• Proven site-level role experience

• Deep understanding of dementia care

• Strong P&L management skills

• Clinical background; nursing preferred
