As a full-time Team Lead, you will play a critical role in reducing operational risk while ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing. You will be tasked with settling trades and guiding a team of analysts to meet performance objectives while supporting senior management's strategic projects. Your in-depth knowledge of fixed income products will be a key asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transaction settlement and processing

• Mentor Analysts to achieve departmental targets

• Manage team workflow and promote efficiency

• Stay updated on systems and processes

• Enforce compliance with operational guidelines

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or higher

• Profound knowledge of internal trading systems

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; VBA knowledge advantageous
