Position: Director of Customer Capabilities at Sanofi

As a vital member of the GTMC leadership team, you will lead a high-performing group of Customer Facing Effectiveness Managers. This role requires strategic collaboration across marketing, medical, and finance to optimize field force deployment and enhance operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in guiding the execution of global policies, ensuring standardized processes, and supporting new launches through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop local Customer Facing Capabilities team

• Drive effectiveness and strategic advisory support for teams

• Implement global policies for operational standardization

• Collaborate across GTMC pillars to avoid fragmentation

• Ensure priority support for product launches

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Commercial Operations environment

• Proven leadership through influence in complex projects

• Strong financial acumen for performance management

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred
