Director of HR Integration

Position: Director of HR Integration at SLC Management
Lead the transformation of HR processes at SLC Management as the Director of HR Integration. Manage the consolidation of legacy systems into a unified digital platform on a contract basis.

This 18-month contract role reports to the Managing Director, Talent and Strategic Initiatives. Your expertise in project management and HR technology will be crucial for integrating five legacy platforms into a single operation, ensuring seamless execution across multiple business units. Collaboration with HR, Technology, and Finance teams will form the core of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and milestones

• Manage weekly project status meetings and reporting

• Facilitate process design activities and documentation

• Conduct change, gap analysis, and recommendations

• Ensure data governance during system transition

Requirements:

• 8+ years in project management with complex integrations

• Strong HR process design and HRIS delivery skills

• Agile project management experience preferred

• Proficiency in Workday or similar systems

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
