Key Responsibilities:
• Coach technicians on exceeding quality and time standards
• Staff the location based on skills and operational needs
• Manage R&M, P&L, and budget planning
• Oversee service performance metrics and continuous improvement
• Enhance customer service through efficient parts department oversight
Requirements:
• High School diploma; trade school or bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 5 years of service experience; 3 years supervisory
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Proficient in basic computer skills including Excel
