Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Engineering Manager oversees the Engineering Department's activities s role requires strong leadership in building management practices, proactive maintenance programs, and collaboration with various stakeholders. You will ensure compliance with safety standards and operational legislation while fostering a supportive environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and contractors for building maintenance

• Implement preventative maintenance programs for peak performance

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards

• Manage budgets, expenditures, and operational costs

• Liaise with client service managers to meet customer needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role

• University degree in a relevant program

• Proficient understanding of building systems and practices

• Experience with Building Automation Systems and lighting systems

• Strong communication and supervisory skills
