As a full-time Direct Support Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective operations within Reena’s community service systems. This position requires you to supervise a dedicated team, implement support plans, and foster inclusive communities while following agency policies. You’ll engage with stakeholders to promote best practices and the overall health and safety of individuals served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff in Community Service Group (CSG)

• Implement agency policies and procedures effectively

• Develop individualized support plans and direct staff accordingly

• Monitor staff performance through regular evaluations

• Perform administrative tasks including payroll and incident reporting

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary education in a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in developmental disabilities

• Proven leadership skills in supervising teams

• Superior problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Excellent communication skills in English
