Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate site inspections for T&D projects
• Lead and mentor field teams, enhancing safety and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Track service metrics and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers for smooth execution
Requirements:
• 15+ years in high-voltage electrical utility industry
• Certified Power Lineworker or equivalent trade professional
• 10+ years in management or supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Analytical skills for problem-solving in construction and inspections
