Sun Life Manager, Operational Resilience and Continuity drives second-line oversight across resilience programs, strengthening enterprise capabilities and regulatory readiness. You will assess risks, challenge policies, and guide governance across Business Groups, Technology, and Risk Management.
In this hybrid role, you’ll develop frameworks, integrate continuity into resilience, and lead training and scenario exercises to enable proactive responses to disruptions.
