Position: Director of Partnerships at Futurpreneur
Futurpreneur Canada seeks a Director of Partnerships to enhance government relations and funding initiatives. This leadership role focuses on building strategic alliances that empower young entrepreneurs.

In this full-time position located in Toronto, you will steer partnerships and funding efforts to promote young entrepreneurship across Canada. With a focus on inclusive economic growth, you will oversee relationships with government entities, corporate partners, and major donors. You'll be responsible for creating funding strategies, maintaining stakeholder maps, and leading a high-performing team committed to Futurpreneur’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead government relations and public funding strategies

• Cultivate relationships with government and public sector partners

• Oversee proposal development and communication materials

• Guide fundraising plans for corporate and foundation support

• Manage international partnerships and mentoring initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in government relations and fundraising

• Strong understanding of public policy and funding priorities

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Proven leadership experience in a team environment
