Position: Director of Safety and Security at Vantage Group
Lead safety initiatives at Vantage Group as the Enterprise Safety and Security Director, focused on enhancing a culture of zero incidents in airport environments. Drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement in safety practices across the organization.
In this strategic role, you will shape the safety and security culture at Vantage Group, ensuring all employees prioritize safety in every aspect of their work. Reporting to senior leadership, your mission will be to foster an environment where risk management is prioritized, and operational excellence is achieved through strong communication and leadership. Collaborate with airport operations to uphold safety standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a multi-year safety strategy promoting zero incidents

• Establish safety as a core organizational value

• Lead safety accountability across all levels

• Ensure compliance with federal safety regulations

• Implement behavioral safety initiatives and employee engagement
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation

• 5–10+ years in safety management contexts

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk assessment

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
