This role requires an exceptional leader with over 5 years of talent management or influencer marketing experience. You'll mentor a team, conduct performance reviews, and shape development plans while representing talent and driving sales. Engage closely with leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and team needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a small team of Agents

• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions for guidance and support

• Collaborate with Associate Directors on performance and business opportunities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires

• Support goal-setting and lead performance reviews for the team

Requirements:

• 5+ years in talent management or influencer marketing

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring team members

• Passion for the creator space and coaching others

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to embrace and adapt to new challenges
