Retail Area Manager for Atlantic Region

Lead MINISO Canada's retail expansion in the Atlantic region as a Retail Area Manager. Oversee store operations across Halifax and New Brunswick, ensuring compliance and high performance.

This role is pivotal to enhancing MINISO's presence in Atlantic Canada. You will manage budgets, recruit and train store managers, and analyze performance metrics for multiple locations. Your goal is to drive sales and operational efficiency throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train store managers effectively

• Conduct regular store visits to oversee operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

• Willingness to travel frequently between Halifax and New Brunswick
