• Lead the Planning, Risk & Governance teams for strategic alignment

• Develop and implement a 5-year strategic plan for CPT

• Ensure compliance with Risk & Governance policies and controls

• Drive vendor management to optimize contracts and relationships

• Foster employee engagement through targeted communication strategies

Requirements:

• 15+ years in leadership roles within Technology or Financial Services

• Expertise in Risk, Governance, and Vendor Management

• Strong skills in negotiation and stakeholder management

• MBA or advanced certification preferred

• Understanding of AI and Agile methodologies
