Become a Senior Manager in Operational Risk Management at TD in Toronto, Ontario. Lead the Change Governance Program while enhancing risk management practices for the bank.

This role focuses on managing the design, implementation, and monitoring of Change & Delivery Risk programs  Senior Manager will collaborate with various risk and business partners to ensure effective governance, meet regulatory expectations, and communicate risk assessments to senior management. Key skills include leadership, presentation, and a solid understanding of the operational risk landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with risk and business partners for program delivery

• Enhance Change & Delivery Risk programs to meet regulatory standards

• Develop target state programs integrated with EGRC Service Now

• Communicate Sub-Major Risk Category views to senior management

• Ensure quality of documentation and meet regulatory expectations

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in Risk Management

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Expertise in financial services and risk management regulations

• Leadership skills to manage diverse teams

• Experience in designing change initiatives across the bank
