The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead its core engineering organization, with a focus on R&D and application engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic technology leadership, driving the modernization of the enterprise technology platform, and leading the implementation of AI-enabled engineering and product delivery. This role requires a deep technical background in Microsoft enterprise technologies and a proven track record in leading engineering teams that deliver mission-critical enterprise software.

The VP of Engineering will also be accountable for engineering execution, quality, and delivery, and must have a strong background in Dev Ops, CI/CD, and engineering automation.

Candidates for the Vice President of Engineering position at the company should have at least 12 years of progressive software engineering experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role. The role demands a leader with a strong background in AI/ML integration, intelligent automation, and a proven ability to improve engineering processes and operating metrics. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated software environments, particularly with SOC 2 and HIPAA, and a preference for familiarity with FHIR and HL7.
