Building Systems Manager in Manufacturing

Lead facilities operations as a Manager, Building Systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. Oversee key infrastructure such as HVAC and utilities for safe site operations.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage daily and long-term operations of facility systems across the site, including HVAC, chillers, and utilities. With 4 to 5+ years of experience in a complex environment, this position requires strong technical credibility and team leadership skills. Your efforts will support compliance and energy management to ensure reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building systems and critical infrastructure management

• Lead a team in maintaining HVAC, chillers, and boilers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field

• 4 to 5+ years in managing large physical plants

• Experience with GMP, CGMP, USP, and other compliance standards

• Good knowledge of purified water systems

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
