Join Marsh's Risk Consulting team as a Risk Solutions Practice Leader based in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on consulting project management and driving innovative risk solutions.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the management of fit-for-segment risk solutions for Corporate, Affinity, and Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. You’ll be responsible for P&L management, driving business development, and enhancing service capabilities. Your leadership will create new engagement methodologies and deliverables that expand value for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of solutions across various market segments

• Manage development of new consulting methodologies

• Oversee P&L management and service enhancement

• Develop scopes of work and proposals with stakeholders

• Drive business growth and deepen client relationships

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Risk Consulting or Sales experience

• Strong project management and stakeholder management background

• Proven ability in developing scalable consulting solutions

• Excellent people leadership and coaching skills

• Experience in creating fit-for-client risk offers
