WSP Director, Construction Administration

In this leadership position, you are responsible for guiding the Construction Administration division, delivering a revenue target of $12 million CAD. You'll work closely with project managers to maintain operational excellence and ensure superior client services. Your leadership will align with WSP’s vision, fostering development and operational growth while prioritizing safety and efficiency across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall division performance and profitability

• Lead and mentor a team of technical staff

• Implement strategic goals and operating plans

• Develop and optimize contracting strategies

• Ensure client satisfaction through effective project delivery

Requirements:

• 10+ years in project management and construction roles

• Civil Engineering degree from an accredited institution

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience mentoring substantial teams

• Eligible for Professional Engineer license in Ontario
