Part-Time Program Manager

Fife House is hiring a Part-Time Overnight Program Manager to oversee operations and staff in Downtown Toronto. Focus on management, supervision, and community support while working fixed overnight shifts.

In this role, you’ll ensure consistent operations across three overnight housing sites dedicated to supporting individuals with HIV/AIDS. With a strong emphasis on team leadership and problem-solving, you will directly enhance the quality of service and support to residents in need. Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise Residential and Personal Support Workers

• Conduct performance management and training activities

• Handle budget management and payroll processes

• Create and maintain staff schedules for overnight shifts

• Utilize harm reduction practices for resident support

Requirements:

• Proven management experience in non-profit housing

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Experience giving and receiving constructive feedback

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Knowledge of issues facing marginalized communities
