  Manage the daily workflows for renewals, certificates, and policy changes.
• Training:
  Develop training materials and facilitate sessions to promote team growth.
• Operations:
  Ensure high standards of documentation and compliance within the commercial unit.
• Feedback:
  Conduct performance reviews and create career development plans for team members.

• Proven experience managing a team in a commercial insurance environment.
• Active RIBO license required.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial workflows and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in insurance software and related tools.
