Key Responsibilities:

• Execute growth plans aligning with GHD's goals

• Drive business development with regional leaders

• Analyze market trends for future project strategies

• Strengthen existing client relationships for market presence

• Serve as Project Director on pivotal projects

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of relevant industry experience

• Background in Engineering or similar domain

• Knowledge of Central Canadian market dynamics

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar tools
