As the Manager of Employer Services, you will oversee a front-line service team dedicated to exceptional client interactions with HOOPP employers. You will drive personal and professional growth through regular feedback and tailored development plans. Your leadership will ensure that service targets are met while fostering an empowered and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team delivering support to HOOPP employers

• Conduct performance reviews and development feedback sessions

• Monitor team productivity and effectiveness regularly

• Support Senior Director in setting team performance goals

• Oversee onboarding and continuous learning for new hires

Requirements:

• Experience in team management and customer service

• Strong coaching and development skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of pension plan or relevant industry experience

• Ability to identify training gaps and implement solutions
