Senior Clinical Contracts Manager at Moderna

Manage and oversee site budget negotiations as the Senior Clinical Contracts Manager  this role, you will focus on investigator site budgets and enhance strategic planning throughout clinical trials.

In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of multiple clinical trial budgets utilizing your expertise in Grant Manager/Grant Plan. The Senior Clinical Contracts Manager plays an essential role in overseeing budget development and negotiations, ensuring timely site activations and adherence to industry standards. Your analytical skills will guide the financial assessment and forecasting for clinical trials, driving collaboration with CROs and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee creation and management of site budgets

• Provide strategic budget support to clinical trial teams

• Utilize FMV benchmarking tools for accurate estimates

• Act as liaison between CROs and Moderna teams

• Monitor and report on site activation and budget KPIs

Requirements:

• 5+ years in global budget creation and negotiation

• Strong Grant Manager/Grant Plan expertise required

• Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration

• Familiar with CRO oversight and budget negotiation

• Detail-oriented in handling financial data
