Lead District Manager at DPM

As the District Manager, you will manage and mentor a team of Property Managers while ensuring operational excellence across your communities.

Your role includes enhancing customer relationships, managing contractors, and addressing performance issues to uphold service quality. Collaboration and proactive communication with boards will also be part of your focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operations for 15+ communities ensuring service quality

• Address complex issues for customer satisfaction

• Coach Property Managers on performance and development

• Develop strategies for improving resident retention

• Monitor contractor performance to meet service standards

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in property management

• Proven track record with property management teams

• Strong knowledge of operational practices

• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities

• Required CMRAO General License
