As the Manager of System Operations Control reporting to the Director, you will guide team members through administrative and technical directives. This leadership role requires developing operating procedures, liaising with external agencies, and ensuring operational integrity. You’ll also focus on staff performance analysis and continuous improvement standards within the SOC team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction to SOC team members

• Develop and monitor standard operating procedures

• Manage scheduling decisions and resource planning

• Liaise with stakeholders for operational efficiency

• Analyze delays and implement preventative measures

Requirements:

• University Degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of Operations Centre leadership experience

• Extensive Airline Operations knowledge

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
