EOR HR Operations Program Manager

At Rippling, you will oversee the Employer of Record (EOR) HR operations. With at least five years of experience, your focus will include designing scalable processes, managing compliance, and improving internal training. Work collaboratively with teams across legal, product, and engineering to ensure service excellence on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable HR operations processes for EOR

• Launch EOR services in new countries following legal guidelines

• Own case management lifecycle and improve support tools

• Maintain help center articles and internal guides

• Create training programs for EOR new hires

Requirements:

• 5+ years in HR operations or managing programs

• Strong project management across international teams

• Knowledge of international employment laws

• Proficient in managing knowledge systems like Salesforce

• Excellent communication and data analysis skills
